Prepared and delivered a three-day on-site presentation on the G20 High-Level Principles on Financial Consumer Protection to financial sector authorities. Presented findings on key legal reforms to high-level officials, including the Chair of the Central Bank, the Ministry of Finance, financial sector superintendents, and senior World Bank representatives. Provided technical support to bridge drafting gaps in the bill presented to the legislature, ahead of Costa Rica’s accession to the OECD in 2021.
