With an MSc in Regulation from the London School of Economics and Political Science, she has spearheaded initiatives across Africa, Asia, and Latin America, collaborating with financial sector authorities, financial institutions and communities to design ecosystems that promote inclusive growth. Diana is passionately committed to empowering vulnerable populations, particularly women, by ensuring they have the resources and opportunities to actively participate in economic development.

Angélica is an attorney with over a decade of experience in civil, tax, and commercial law, as well as public and private international law, migration law, international cooperation, and legislative procedures. She holds a Master's degree in International Cooperation and Development from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Italy. Her comprehensive knowledge in these diverse legal fields allows her to navigate complex regulatory environments, ensuring that financial systems are equitable and accessible to all.
